Since becoming a consultant in 2011, I have worked with organisations as varied as Equally Ours, the Association of Charitable Foundations and WhyMe?. Recent examples of my work include:
- taking forward Equally Ours‘ work on the proposed UK Shared Prosperity Fund, intended to replace EU Structural Funds, this has included writing briefings and producing a short film showing the difference that EU funding has made to people’s lives;
- research for the John Ellerman Foundation on the impact of the external environment on the causes and organisations they support.
- developing a framework on safeguarding for the Association of Charitable Foundations to help their members think about safeguarding in their approach to funding – this has been one of ACF’s most downloaded publications;
- working with Why me? to help them develop and evidence their theory of change and develop a reflective review cycle to help the team share problem-solving.
